Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in brand-new, resaleable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
